The
Yeshiva of North Jersey (formerly the Yeshiva of Hudson County)
was instituted in 1979 in Bergen County and has established a reputation
for excellence in both Jewish and general education. By September
2006, the enrollment has grown to over 935 students. In January of
2005 the Yeshiva was renamed the Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey.
YNJ
graduates, which include many of the valedictorians and
salutatorians of the area high schools, are young men and women who
have succeeded academically while being committed to Torah learning,
the careful performance of mitzvos, and spiritual growth.
Proud
of its accomplishments, the Yeshiva reflects a bold and exciting
vision of a genuine Torah environment that fosters the true awakening
of young minds. This vision embodies ideals which the Yeshiva is
proud to clearly articulate as it seeks outstanding achievements
in Torah and general studies.
Notice of Nondiscriminatory Policy as to Students: YNJ admits students of any race, color, national and
ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities
generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It
does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and
ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies,
admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and
other school-administered programs.
