The goals of the PTA are
to foster a sense of unity between the parent body and the teachers and to enhance
the students’ educational experience.
We, the PTA, run programs throughout the year for students, parents
and teachers. We are there from
beginning to end. PTA volunteers
help your child on the first day of school by escorting them to their
classes and provide a “thank you” luncheon for the teachers on
the last day of school.
Below is a brief overview
of the programs that are funded and organized by the PTA throughout the year:

Assemblies providing exposure to music and other art forms.

Family Events: New Parents Evening, Meet ‘N
Greet, Chanukah Concert, Grandmother-Mother-Daughter Brunch,
Father-Son Event.

School Holiday Celebrations: Chanukah entertainment, Tu
B’shevat fruit platters, Yom Ha’atzmaut
& Yom Yerushalayim festivities.
- Fundraising: Box Tops for Education, Chanukah oil sale, Purim
cards, Mitzvah Cards, Camp sale, and more.

Appreciation: Teacher Orientation
Breakfasts, Teacher In-Service Day refreshments, Chanukah gifts, Mishloach Manos, Flowers for Shavuos,
End of the Year Luncheon
During the year, we send out volunteer forms
before events and projects. We hope
that you will find the time in your busy schedules to volunteer your energy
and creativity.
