The Yeshiva's children are taught that the human personality is the most sacred and precious trust we possess. Throughout the year, the students hear stories, sing songs, participate in skits, write compositions, and create art projects that focus upon character development as formulated in our Middos Tovos Program. As the months and years pass and as the middos are revisited again and again, the talmidim and talmidos begin to internalize these middos. They learn also that the development of fine character is a slow and consistent process requiring constant effort. Our goal is the development of children who are dedicated not only to Torah learning but also to a Torah way of life.

We recognize that adolescents often benefit from a special relationship with an advisor within the school structure. Therefore, our Junior High School program engages a mashgiach ruchani for boys and a mashgicha ruchanit for girls. These role models meet with each student individually to discuss issues, lend support and give encouragement, all within a Torah perspective. In addition, enjoyable and educational programs are scheduled throughout the year in the form of lelei iyun, guest speakers and songfests. We are very proud of the many special chesed projects which provide for the experiential learning of middos tovos. The students serve as pen pals to residents in nursing homes, babysitters for needy families and "buddies" for special needs children.
